EMS Classes are available Online via Zoom & Skills Lab Sessions

Per the State of Alaska EMS Office all EMS classes are highly recommended to be conducted online.  Students will get the lecture / didactic portion of training and will take the written exams.   Skill Lab sessions will be conducted in person in Anchorage on the dates listed below with the classes.

EMT 1 Bridge Class / NREMTB (88 hrs) $950 plus $25 for the State of Alaska

November 9 – 12, 2021 – Week 2 classroom and skills verification – NOTE – THIS CLASS IS FULL 

November 15, 2021 – EMT 1 Testing Day – NOTE – THIS CLASS IS FULL

** In order to attend the EMT 1 bridge class you must have a current State of Alaska ETT certification

EMT 2 Class (56 hours) $1,000 plus $25 for the State of Alaska

EMT 2 & EMT 3 Recert Class (24 hours) $375 plus $25 for the State of Alaska

EMT 3A / NRAEMT Class (66 hours) $1,175 plus $25 for the State of Alaska

This class is the NEW State of Alaska EMT 3 Advanced training class that is equivalent to the National Registry NRAEMT certification.  Once students successfully complete class they will be eligible to obtain their EMT 3A certification or the National Registry AEMT certification.   Please note this class is longer than the typical EMT 3 course.  Students are required to have the following items before starting class

  • 10 IV sticks
  • 5 documented patient care reports (remove HIPAA material)
  • 2 documented IV medications
